Veteran-Owned. Safety-Focused. Community-Driven.
Z&D Airsoft, LLC is a mobile Airsoft and NERF smart-target entertainment business based in Findlay, Ohio.
Unlike traditional airsoft, our experience isn't built around player-vs-player combat. Instead, participants take on electronic smart-target games that combine the excitement of shooting sports with arcade-style challenges, competitive scoring, and skill-based gameplay.
The result is an experience that can fit into community festivals, schools, fundraisers, private events, and other environments where traditional airsoft simply wouldn't be practical.
Our mobile range was designed to make hosting an event as simple as possible. Z&D Airsoft brings the equipment, smart-target systems, blasters, safety equipment, and trained staff directly to your location.
Our fully enclosed mobile setup provides a controlled shooting environment, while portable smart-target configurations give us additional flexibility for locations where bringing the complete trailer setup isn't practical.
From outdoor festivals to indoor community spaces, our goal is simple: bring a unique entertainment experience to places where people are already gathering.
Different events call for different experiences, which is why Z&D Airsoft offers both Airsoft and NERF smart-target configurations.
Airsoft provides the speed, accuracy, and excitement many older participants are looking for, while NERF gives us an approachable option for younger participants, family-focused events, schools, and organizations looking for a lower-impact experience.
Both use the same basic philosophy: structured gameplay, electronic targets, friendly competition, and a strong emphasis on safety.
For us, Z&D Airsoft has always been about more than entertainment. It's also about giving young people an opportunity to learn safe, responsible habits around something they may encounter in the real world.
You may be an experienced and responsible firearm owner. You may teach firearm safety in your own home and secure your firearms appropriately. But as parents, we can't control every environment our children will eventually enter — including the homes of friends and family.
What we can do is prepare them.
That's one reason safety is built into everything we do. Using Airsoft and NERF equipment gives us an opportunity to reinforce safe handling, muzzle awareness, trigger discipline, and respect for anything that resembles a firearm — while doing it in an environment that is fun, engaging, and memorable.
Firearm-related injuries have been the leading cause of death among children and adolescents ages 1–19 in the United States in recent years. That reality gives this mission a purpose far beyond entertainment.
We'll probably never know whether one of those lessons prevented a tragedy — and that's okay. It simply means the work continues.
Whether you're planning a festival, fundraiser, school event, community celebration, or private gathering, we'd love to hear what you have planned.
